As a Gas Safe registered company, we are licenced to provide a certificate for all gas installations, including warm air. We will provide you with a legal document that will show the following information:
- A description and location of each appliance/flue checked
Name, registration number and signature of the engineer who carried out the check
- Date on which the check was carried out
- The address of the property where the appliance/flue is installed
- The name and address of the landlord (or their agent where applicable)
- Any safety defect identified and any action required or taken to rectify it
- Confirmation of the results of the operational safety checks carried out on the appliances.
As part of the test, we check that all Smoke Alarms and any Carbon Monoxide Detectors are working. Quite often neither the Landlord or tenant is available for us to carry out the Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) on these occasions, provided they are local, we are more than happy to collect and return keys and email the certificate to the interested parties
